The Hampton’s was developed in 1990 and is one of Calgary’s nicest North West communities. The community association and the homeowners association are operated as one organization. Built around the 18 hole Hamptons Golf Course, the area offers residents lots of green space and recreational opportunities. The resident?s annual homeowner?s fee provides beautification flower beds, playgrounds, ball diamonds, tennis courts, Olympic size hockey rink, heated shelters, bike pathways that are connected to Nose Hill Park, a community hall and 30 acres of park land. Local schools include the Hamptons Elementary School -kindergarten to grade 3.
A Community Association membership is a great way to support your community. They are inexpensive and voluntary. A valid membership is usually required to participate in recreational, social and educational programs from soccer to girl guides, karate to yoga, stampede breakfasts to senior programs, movie nights and much more! Several Calgary recreation centres will also provide a discount for community association membership holders. Please see below for our annual financial reports from the homeowners association.
